Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Times As a dropshipping store, most items ship directly from our suppliers. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard shipping: 7–15 business days
- Some items may take up to 20 business days depending on supplier location

Shipping CostsFree shipping on orders over 49 CAD. Orders under $49 CAD are charged a flat shipping rate of [ X].
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Multiple Items If your order contains items from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.
