Refund Policy

Returns You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support email] with photos of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
